SW-Sinter Foil is flexible, cold-formable composite of glass fiber reinforced impregnated phlogopite mica paper and one or two layers (F version) of non woven glass. All components are bonded together with a high-temperature resistant silicone resin.
SW-Sinter Foil has following characteristics: asbestos free, resists tearing, high elasticity and high mechanical stability.
||SW-Sinter Foil is used as a slip plane, coil insulation for the coreless induction furnace, wrapping material for the crucible form, protective barrier during sintering of the lining material.|
